1-This Terms of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between “dcclub.in” (“dcclub”) and
you, and is made effective as of the date of your use of this website (“Site”) or the date of electronic
acceptance. This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Site and the products
and services purchased or accessed through this Site (individually and collectively, the “Services”). Services
Agreements and additional policies apply to certain Services and are in addition to (not in lieu of) this
Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of a Services Agreement and the provisions of this
Agreement, the provisions of the applicable Services Agreement shall control.

The terms “we”, “us” or “our” shall refer to “dcclub.in”. The terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall
refer to any individual or entity who accepts this Agreement, or uses the Services. Nothing in this Agreement
shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

“dcclub.in” may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or
agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective
immediately upon posting to this Site. Your use of this Site or the Services after such changes or
modifications have been made shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as last revised. If you do not
agree to be bound by this Agreement as last revised, do not use (or continue to use) this Site or the Services.
In addition, “dcclub.in” may occasionally notify you of changes or modifications to this Agreement by email. It
is therefore very important that you keep yourself updated on the information regularly. “dcclub.in” assumes
no liability or responsibility for your failure to receive an email notification if such failure results from
an inaccurate email address. In addition, “dcclub.in” may terminate Your use of Services for any violation or
breach of any of the terms of this Agreement by You.
“dcclub.in” RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, CHANGE, OR DISCONTINUE ANY ASPECT OF THIS SITE OR THE SERVICES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PRICES AND FEES FOR THE SAME, AT ANY TIME.

This Site and the Services are available only to individuals or entities (“Users”) who can form legally binding
contracts under applicable law. By using this Site or the Services, you represent and warrant that you are (1)
at least eighteen (18) years of age, (2) otherwise recognized as being able to form legally binding contracts
under applicable law, or (3) are not a person barred from purchasing or receiving the Services found under the
laws of the Republic of India (Bharat Ganarajya) or other applicable jurisdiction.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you
have the legal authority to bind such corporate entity to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement,
in which case the terms “you”, “your”, “User” or “customer” shall refer to such corporate entity. If, after
your electronic acceptance of this Agreement, “dcclub.in” finds that you do not have the legal authority to
bind such corporate entity, you will be personally responsible for the obligations contained in this Agreement,
including, but not limited to, the payment obligations. “dcclub.in” shall not be liable for any loss or damage
resulting from “dcclub.in’s reliance on any instruction, notice, document or communication reasonably believed
by “dcclub.in” to be genuine and originating from an authorized representative of your corporate entity. If
there is reasonable doubt about the authenticity of any such instruction, notice, document or communication,
“dcclub.in” reserves the right (but undertakes no duty) to require additional authentication from you. You
further agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement for transactions entered into by you, anyone acting as
your agent and anyone who uses your account or the Services, whether or not authorized by you.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1-Your use of this Site and the Services , including any content you submit, will comply with this Agreement,
any applicable Services Agreement or policy that may apply to your Services and all applicable local, state,
national and international laws, rules and regulations.

2-You will not collect or harvest (or permit anyone else to collect or harvest) any User Content or any non-
public or personally identifiable information about another User or any other person or entity without their
express prior written consent.

3-You will not use this Site or the Services in a manner (as determined by “dcclub.in” in its sole and absolute
discretion) that:
i) Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity.
ii) Promotes, encourages or engages in the exploitation of children, or any activity related to the
proliferation of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
iii) Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property.
iv) Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited bulk email, or computer or network hacking
or cracking.
v) Infringes on the intellectual property rights of another User or any other person or entity.
vi) Violates the privacy or publicity rights of another User or any other person or entity, or breaches any
duty of confidentiality that you owe to another User or any other person or entity.
vii) Interferes with the operation of this Site or the Services found at this Site.
viii)Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code, files or programs designed to,
or capable of, disrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware.
ix) Contains false/deceptive language, or unsubstantiated/comparative claims, regarding dcclub’s Services.

i) Minimum order is Rs. 399

ii) No discount/cashback (if any) is applicable on the minimum order value.

iii) Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the
delivery is delayed, we will inform you the new timings.

iv) No responsibility of “dcclub.in” if order given directly to delivery boy without placing order with
Us/informing via contact form.

v) No responsibility of “dcclub.in” for fading/fastness/bleeding of colour,shrinkage of garments,
embroidery/buttons/beads/hooks/thread/pearls/crystals/metals/mirror work damage.

vi) “dcclub.in” does not guarantee one hundred percent (100%) removal of stains.Every effort is made to remove
stains, but “dcclub.in” will not be responsible for stubborn/permanent/strong and unremovable stains.

vii) The company “dcclub.in” cannot be held responsible for delay, loss, damage (if any) arising from
unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond our control.

viii) Any exchange/misplacement of garment should be reported to “dcclub.in” customer support within 24 hours
of laundry delivery via email/contact form.

ix) Customers are requested/customers are responsible for/to count the garments at the time of delivery, any
shortage should be reported to “dcclub.in” customer support at the time of delivery only.

x) Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery (only) and we are not responsible
for any damage reported after delivery.

xi) Because of uncontrollable circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, the customer is not entitled/allowed
for any compensation/reduction/discount/cashback in the total service bill/charges.

xii) “dcclub.in” will reimburse in case of lost/damage article, reimbursement shall not exceed ten (10) times
our service charge, meaning ten (10) times of order value for cleaning that specific garment regardless of brand or
condition or Rs. 999 whichever is lower. i.e. (10 times of the washing rate will be given for articles
lost/damaged if claimed within 24 hours of delivery) or Rs. 999 whichever is lower. Order value/service charge
of specific item refers to the processing cost for the item after discount. Please note these issues can only
be resolved only on mutual discussion.

xiii) As a customer, it is your responsibility for being honest. “dcclub.in” will not be held responsible if
you raise/file any false claims to harm our reputation. It is your responsibility to inform us and return any
wrongly delivered item, failing which you will be held responsible to compensate/reimburse us.

xiv) Pickups and drops, both can get delayed due to unforseen events/govt. restrictions. However every effort
is made to service you on time.

xv) Security of your order is our utmost priority, “we” on our sole right can/may reject/delay pickups/drops if
circumstances (if any) prevent the security of your order/our rider/our executive/our staff.

xvi) Customer is bound to inform us immediately if the timings for pickups/drops are going to be changed on
customer’s part. We will make another arrangements of the timings subject to availability of time slots and
date.

xvii) You must be present at the timings you choose for pickups/drops. Any missed-pickup/missed-drop, if you
are not present at the time chosen by you, and our rider/executive goes back without pickup/drop, you will have
to pay Rs. 100 extra to the rider/executive.

xviii) Customer is to inform us at least 3 hours before scheduled pickup/drop if he/she wants to change the
timings.

xix) We reserve the right to terminate services to the customer behaving rudely/abusively or creating problems
for us/rider/executive at pickup/drop timings.

xx) We reserve the right to reject/cancel any order if “we” suspect or reason to suspect that our
rider/executive may be at risk of physical or verbal abuse or there have been problems in the past at
customer’s premises.

xxi) There must be access by lift for our rider/executive, if the customer is above third (3rd) floor. We may
cancel/reject the pickup. Customer should make sure of the easy access for our rider to his/her doorstep.

xxii) Please note that rider/executive can tell only approximate prices. For the exact price you should confirm
via email/call once your order arrives at our processing unit. Because prices may vary depanding upon the
fabric/type/weight of your article/garment.

xxiii) Prices vary depending upon the size/weight/fabric of the garment/article.

xxiv) All garments/articles are accepted at customer’s risk.

xxv) Policies and pricing are subject to change without any notice.
