While novel Coronavirus is still at large, basic personal hygiene is most important, starting from washing hands regularly and wearing a face mask is must for everybody. Apart from coronavirus, other things like germs, soil, dirt and stains can be found on clothings and therefore a right laundry routine is vital.

DCCLUB takes utmost care of your belongings right from the beginning of the pickup till the delivery. Here are the steps that are being followed at our plant to keep you and ourself safe from this pandemic. We call it Five Step Disinfection Process (FSDP)

1- Pickup

Our rider will always be wearing a safety mask and shall be carrying a bottle of the hand sanitizer with him. Before entering your premises he will clean his hands with the sanitizer. Your articles will be picked and will be dropped at our processing plant.

2- Processing unit

Our processing unit is sanitized daily. All our workers/staff are checked daily for temperature. Any change in the health of our workers/staff is closely monitored. Work is done in safe environment where all persons are bound to wear mask at work and wear hand gloves. Our laundry baskets are disinfected with 0.1% sodium hypochlorite.

3- Processing your clothes

a) After your pickup, clothes are sanitized with spray machines and are disinfected

b) Only your clothes are processed separately. No other person’s clothes are mixed

c) Long cycles of washing with higher temperatures of more than 60°C (WHO recommendation) that makes clothes germ free.

d) Immediately after wash, your clothes are put in tumble dryer where hot air blast of high temperature dries your clothes removing any virus/bacteria (if any)

e) After every wash, dryer and washer surfaces are disinfected.

4- Isolation

After packing your clothes, we put your clothes in isolation for 24 hours.
